Refund Policy:
We do NOT offer refunds once any 4 Point OMG program or product has been purchased. However, we provide a 30-day guarantee to any student who enrolls in The Time-Savvy Scholar Program. Please refer to the guarantee policy below. Once the program (The Time-Savvy Scholar Program) has been purchased outright or “unlocked,” no “prorated” refunds are available. For instance, if you purchase the 1-year course but later decide you only want 6 months access, you are not entitled to receive the difference between the 1-year price and the 6-month price.
Price Adjustments:
No price adjustments will be made to previously purchased products or services if a sale, program, or coupon rate becomes available after the purchase. Coupons are valid only for new sales and purchases of courses.
Recourse:
4 Point OMG’s maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the account or products. 4 Point OMG will not be liable for loss, damage, or corruption of data stored with 4 Point OMG about your account, or for any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including ineffective, faulty, or incorrect teaching strategies or content.

All content, applications, digital downloads, data compilations on the Site, and all text, photographs, graphics, video, and audio included in them (“Site Materials”) are the property of or licensed to 4 Point OMG. The Site contains material protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, and the Site themselves are protected as a collective work under the copyright laws of the United States and other countries. Except for User Content (defined under the User Content section below) that you own, you may not modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or exploit any component of the Site Materials in any way. Additionally, you may not download any component of the Site Materials that is not explicitly listed as a downloadable material. For example, videos, e-books, and review packets are not to be downloaded. Notes attached to videos are available for download but sharing is prohibited. All downloadable content is for the sole use of the subscriber and must be removed from the subscriber’s computer and any copies disposed of upon expiration of the subscription. Downloadable content may not under any circumstances be shared with non-subscribers. For example, a tutor or teacher may not subscribe to the course and print or email worksheets to students who are not subscribers.

We take pride in the program we provide our students, recognizing that it is not for everyone. We believe that achieving anything worthwhile in life requires effort. We guarantee that your students will increase their scores in less time if they complete, take notes, and apply the program. However, this program demands time, commitment, and hard work. We don’t sugarcoat the effort required, which is why many of our students become extremely successful and feel fulfilled in college. To qualify for the 30-Day Guarantee, students must fill out the first guarantee form 1.5 weeks after joining the program, the secondary guarantee within 30 days of joining the program, and meet the other requirements listed below.
Student Responsibilities:
A. Watch All Video Lessons:
Students are required to watch all video lessons over a period of at least one week. Additionally, the first three steps of the course must be completed within the first 10 days of purchase. For example, completing all video work within 5 days before the guarantee is up is not acceptable. ( We are able to see students' progress on our end).
B. Take Pen and Paper Notes:
Students must take notes on every video in the course and submit these notes with the guarantee request. Each video’s notes must be on a page titled with the video’s name and be at least half a page of college-ruled paper. While notes should ideally be much longer, a minimum of half a page per video is required for the guarantee.
C. Apply the Strategies:
- In the 30-Day Guarantee Form Request, students must include a document listing all current courses.
- Submit at least 5 pages, per at least 3 classes, of 8.5 x 11 in. lined paper notes demonstrating the use of provided strategies . Given that many strategies focus on efficiently going through material and identifying important information, which varies by student, we will look for color coding, formatting, and reverse study guide techniques.
- Submit a copy of the assignment calendar (following our strategies) and workflow calendar, which are crucial for success in the program.
D. Non-Class Periods:
If a student is taking the course during a time when they are not enrolled in classes, they must state this in the original guarantee form required 1.5 weeks after joining the program. Proof that they are not enrolled in a full semester of classes (less than 12.5 credit hours) and proof of the start date must be provided. Within 30 days of the college start date, the second guarantee request form must be submitted. The start date must be no later than five months after the purchase date for the guarantee to apply.
Exception:
High school students getting ahead early who are interested in the guarantee should contact us before purchasing the course. This way, we can ensure we have a special guarantee in place for our early achievers :)
